MTfishingrods
Just reading through the new North American Fisherman magazine and there is an article about Goby baits featuring Poor Boys Goby and Ghost Baits Goby. Congrats to both of you. And if you read further on in the magazine there is a 5"shakee shad by Carolina baits that recieved an overall 8.0 rating by the members. Way to go guys!!!! For more info go to www.fishingclub.com Also Fish_N_Fool developed the knot that is currently the winning knot in the knot wars section of the magazine. His knot has beat out 4 others I believe to get to this stage so far and is up against the final one this month. I guess maybe we should call this issue of North American Fisherman the Tackle Underground Issue. If there is any doubt in anyones mind that you are among some of the finest craftsmen in the industry this should be an eye opener. carolinamike
MT & Alsworms, Thanks for the congrats guys, and congratulations to Poor Boy's and Ghost Baits also. Man that Goby's done great for Poor Boy's. It's been a tsunami for them and I hope the waves keep rolling. And Jim you make a great looking Goby also. Come July, I will be a full time plastic man for a year and a heck of a year it's been. At times, just getting by, by the skin of my teeth, but so far, this year's started out great. We are currently producing the Hag's Tornado worm for a company out of Texas. It's been a great experience producing someone else's bait besides our own. If you get a chance to check it out on the web, I think a lot of you guys will like this bait. Although I'm about sure it would be impossible to do as a hand pour, the injection is tricky enough, so I would even hate to think about hand pouring it, and making a POP mold would be almost impossible. A lot of you wished us well when we first started this thing a year ago and for that we thank you all so much. Keep us in your prayers as we keep you guys in ours. God Bless you all and thanks again for the congratulations. Your friend,

GB GONE
Good goin' y'all. What's a goby? LOL Gary!!!! Thanks all. Congrats to LC, Mike and Fish_n_Fool as well. I am still waiting on my copies to arrive here in GA. I learned all I know from members here and continue to learn from "old" and new guys/gals alike. My hat tips to all that continue to freely share information with members here on TU so that we all can enjoy the hobby we have come to love! Jim PS Over the weekend I fished a team tourney and I caught a 5.3 with less than 20 minutes to go til weigh-in. Even better than getting into a magazine was the feeling at weigh-in when we cashed a check for third ($275) on one of my assassin craws on a jig! Ya'll know how it is catching our your own baits!!! Priceless!!!!!
