Skeeter
I need some help here fellas. What is the best type of oil to put into a worm bag? I have some bass pro anise oil that I am using now. But it seems to dry up in the bag in a short period of time leaving my plastics sticky. I really need something to keep them wet and slick. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Skeeter
Bass-Boys
mite be the bags your using. a regular zip type bag will not hold oil & scent. you need a Laminated bag.
daveh
also if you are using salt in your baits it will soak up the scent or oil.
bassnfool
Use your softener and add Upper Hand Scents to it, it makes a great worm oil.

shaunsfishig
Try mixing your sents with mineral oil (50/50) and microwave for 20 to 30 seconds. The mineral oil has no sent but will soak up your sents and last longer.
Zbass
I believe mineral oil will turn your worm hard over time. I have not done this personally but have read that somewhere.

Absolutely! Let those worms out of the bag and in a month's time they'll be like pencils.
