Razorworm
Hey guys, Im pasting an email I just got from a guy that has started a Tungsten Weight Distro busines: His website is JUST starting, but he will email you a price sheet/order form. Check him out - Jarod, I started this business because I also wanted to buy in bulk, and was tired of paying high prices. I have had to start my business off slow, buying in relatively low quantity, so selling wholesale is not an option for me at this time. As my volume grows and my cost comes down that may be an option in the future. Attaches is one of my order forms. My online ordering will hopefully be up in a few weeks. Let me know if you have further questions. For your jigs, you would have to have the heads made, and then glue them to the hook. Tungsten parts are made in a cast and sintered process which heats them to several thousand degrees. It is not possible to cast them to the hook like lead. The jig heads could be made in 2 halves and then glued together around the hook before finishing. I am pretty sure this is how others are doing it.
