hazmail
Captain Cheapo's Lip Jig, and punch, for 'Bubble float' lures [/img] 1.Get a piece of square aluminium 'U channel' like this, or tube if you have it (square is easier to hold in vice though), as long as the width is smaller than the bubble float it will do, this piece is 14mm across the bottom (I.D). Square off the end and file smooth, taking off the sharp corners so they don't scratch the float blank. [/img] 2. Cut a slot with a hacksaw about 35mm long and parallel to the base of the 'U'. [/img] 3. Mark centre of bottom and scribe a line, DEAD CENTRE, then file a 'V' slot

Vodkaman
Great tut Pete. Several good ideas in this one, the lip jig, the paper hole punch and I particularly like the butchered golf club idea (I hate golf, lol). My friend has left a set of golf clubs in my house, wonder if he would mis one. Dave
