NY OZ
Do you guys grind your old plastic before remelting? If so , how do you grind it?
jimcline
Just cut it into small pieces. You might not want to mess with old stick baits or anything with salt added. The salt tends to soak up water and water and hot plastic don't mix very well. JIM

nova
Before you melt the old plastic I would suggest that you add a little of fresh plastisol to it. This will help with the initial overheating that can happen. www.novalures.com
rxfish
I cut it up with a pair of sissors and nuke it for a minute or 2.
