Vodkaman Posted March 2, 2009 Report Share Posted March 2, 2009 Balsa board is good. You can cut two identical halves. Cut grooves for the through wire harness and space for the ballast. Then glue the two halves together, then shape. Lots of possibilities. You can even pin the two halves with 3mm dowel. Shape, then glue later.
