Jig Man
I have a mold that I want to use without the pins and have no weedguard. The lead runs out the bottom of the mold when I don't have the pins in. I only want a tempory substance. I have tried modeling clay and it melts. What can I take a dab of and make a few jigs w/o weed guard or pin holes.
dayooper
Jig Man, If you have some extra pins, cut one of them to a length that will fill the void , but not protrude into the jig. Make sense? Benjamin
Jig Man
Yes that makes sense. I only have 50 of them right on the work bench by the mold. Sometimes it is so hard to see the forest for the trees. Thanks.
smalljaw
I just use a weedguard and place it at the entrance, it leaves a small nub thats easily filed off.
