rclark12 Posted March 11, 2009 Report Share Posted March 11, 2009 hi guys.... ive been working like everyday after school on a few swimbaits for quite some time .. id like to make molds and i think id do amwire in the mold so its kind of thru wired.... what is a good/ cheap moldng material... this will be the first mold iv ever done so i dont want to buy like the most expensive silicon or any thing, just need a decent molding material..... i think the lures will be done with alumilite Thanks !!!!!!! I used aluminite mixed with micro ballos for the bait and rtv for the mold. Just make sure you take your time with the molding process.
