TEE
Hey guys, thinking about getting a lee pot but love the stirrer on my presto's. Do you guys that have lee pots think you could build a stirrer for the pot? I have never seen a lee pot in person so I dont know if this would be possible. Thanks. Kajan
I have to ask de' question, why not just stick with the presto, non stick and all?
TEE
Your question is better than mine. I guess, for some reason, I thought there would be an advantage to the smaller pot for multi-color pours with smaller quantities of plastic. Although I can get a thin stream from the presto tip I was assuming that the Lee's would do a better job as well. Sometimes you cant see the forest for the trees. Zbass
Stick with the presto TEE. i've got a Lee's pot and didn't like it all that well. They also are a stir by hand type of deal. Hope that helps
jimcline
I gotta agree with kajan and Zbass on this one. I had a Lee's pot and hated it. Hard to keep stirred and the nozzle plugs easily if you use glitter or flake. do yourself a favor and stay with the presto's. As far as small quantity pours, I regularly pour as little as 4 oz, so not a problem. JIM
TEE
Thanks guys, you all make a lot of sense. The presto's are so easy, never had any experience with the Lee's...I guess I was thinking the grass was greener on the other side. Thanks gain guys.
