george12182
I have some questions for you guys who do multiple colors or add glitter clear coats to jigs when you are doing large quanities? For example if you are painting 100 jigs. Do you first put your base coat on all 100 then come back and put the glitter coat on them. Since I found out I should be lowering the heat setting for the clear coat, it seems like it would be real tedious to keep swithcing the heat back and forth on every jig. smalljaw
If I'm making a large quantity of jigs at one time which for me is 50, and they're all the same color pattern, I'll paint them all the first color then switch colors and go back and paint them the next color then clear coat. I think it's a lot easier to use the fluid bed to do one color first then all I have to do is switch cups one time instead of going back and forth.
