I remember one guy desribing a cutter for the skirts on the tacklemaking site but I can't even get to that now. I have never made soft plastic lures before but I think I may branch out here soon. Any info you folks can give would be helpful as I don't want to pick up a whole bunch of expensive equipment that I can either make myself or that I dont need at all.
