finfever
I got my first presto pot and WOW this thing is awesome Had no idea you can pour this fast and how fast you go through plastic. Poured 40 swimbaits in about 10-15 mins the first time i used it. I got mine from bear and there are others who also make them. If anyone is looking into getting a pouring pot look into a presto you will be amazed how fast you can pour baits and clean up is easy. I can't believe i used a microwave for so long wish i would of got one sooner. Heres a pic of my new SWEET presto pot. http://i583.photobucket.com/albums/ss280/clydeandroxy/pot.jpg

Richard Prager
more molds too!......and then another presto pot. Make sure you put a few bucks aside for the off fishing season. That's a good time to slip away for some intense therapy at your local rehab!

bhorlings
I made a shelf for mine so I have a flat surface to slide the mold on. It works great.
Richard Prager
Click on the link in the first post. There's a great picture of the stand Finfever made. I think there are also dimensions/instructions for the stand on Bears Baits Calhoun Plastic Presto Pouring Pots. If you have a few molds and are not pouring very large amounts, then the molds should not get hot enough to warrant the use of gloves. You cannot beat the pot/stirring system for pouring sticks as the salt and plastic is constantly be mixed thus producing consistent and uniform baits. It also works great for making a nice batch of single color baits of any kind.

B and D Lures
I have a presto pot and it is the best investment that I made. I mainly use it to make my stick worms(3", 4", 5", 6") which is the staple of my business. I can pour 100s of baits in just minutes, whereas before, it would take days. It is the greatest thing out there!!
