MTfishingrods
I dont know if anyone noticed the ":twocents:" symbol ofter JSCs comment about purchasing bojons CD. For those who may be new to the boards it means thats his two cents worth. Meaning its only a suggestion. I dont think your going to accomplish much by jumping in the middle of a member such as JSC who has also contributed a lot around this site just for giving you his opinion. Other solutuions were also posted before you decided to make a big deal out of having to purchase something that may actually benefit you. I hope you dont regret that later down the road when it comes to a question dealing with something he has a lot of knowledge in. By the way this is just my:twocents:. So take it as you will, and good luck with your tubes. I think you have decided this already bassbug but I have yet to see anyone use a frydaddy succesfully since I have been here. I have heard of it being done in the past but I think it kind of went by the way side when better pots came along. But who knows I may be mistaken. Someone out there might still use one. JSC
Thanx MT .. you simplified it as I was trying to do to start with. I think that this thread has been a good airing out ... Bojon has developed the Horozontal Dipping down to a "T" ... A person can read all the threads on the subject (and you can tell when they have) and still cannot get the picture of this process with out seeing Bojn's CD and if you can place a value on the CD it is way under priced ... It is done in a way that it would not be suitable for a web site on its on ... I hope the Air is cleared. headshot
Boy, that must be one hell of a CD to have content that can't be put on a website. It doesn't have porn or something on it that the wife will freak out on when she opens the mail, does it? Does it have articulating thumbs that point up to my chest and say "this guy!" in a brash and cavalier manner? Built-in chest waxing capabilities? Oh, enough of the suspense, I need one NOW! Where do I go to order?
Zbass
That is the best thing you could do headshot. I got it and it is very well worth the money. I beleive the reason bojon put this together is because there was a vast interest in his method. He is a great guy and will help you in any manner he can. You'll be glad you got the CD if for nothing else than to have a contact with bojon. My . jimcline, I tried the wooden dowel rods and had crappy results. Tried high heat paint and thinned epoxy. I will be sticking with the aluminum.

If I was a smartass, I'd tell you they are on back order and you'd have to wait 6 months, take up jig making that they are not in production any more, or maybe even the infamous "do a search" But of course I am not:lol: Here's his e-mail kocron@comcast.net

I thought I was being funny and was trying to lighten the mood after all I've apparently put you through in this post. With all the fishing you guys get to do, I imagined you'd have a better sense of humor. I am seriously interested in ordering one. Just curious where I go to do so. Southern Yankee
Listen, I'm new here and very very new to the hobby but I enjoy my fishing like everyone else..If theres one thing and one thing only that I had to fish with, it would definitely be a tube. I don't know any of you and before I joined this forum and thought about making my own soft plastics, I googled everything and went on searching and searching and tried educating myself the best way I could, without any of the materials in front of me for reference. I heard initials thrown around like everyday words and to a new guy starting out..I didnt know what ccm, bt, or what a twinjector was..but I gotta tell ya, in all my searches the name bojon popped up...and he made tubes..was/is an expert on tubes...well, damn, I thought that was great..I needed to know how he did this..I was definitely going to make a tube myself..I'm not interesting in selling anything to make a name for myself...I want to make it, so I can use it...I'm a fisherman...I want to fish...but fishing with a tube...thats right on...Let me just say...two forums have helped me tremendously and if it werent for you all here and over at BJ's...I'd be lost...I wanted to buy a tube mold, mandrel and all..shoot, I dont want to cut tails, but then I saw that you can do so much more with bojons method...I'm sold..I'm making my own bojon set up...and I've very appreciative to him and you all..Thanx..my two cents?
