RTV Molding -- How easy is it to make a good clean mold using RTV for Jig Heads? I have read several of the previous posts, but what is the single best RTV to use for the molds? 2. psilvers Posted May 13, 2009 Report Share Posted May 13, 2009 RTV molds are relatively easy to make. The only problem is that you can't make molds with sharp undercuts.
