Rob Wadley Posted May 20, 2009 Report Share Posted May 20, 2009 I want to say what great customer service I received from TJ's Tackle. I recently decided to start making my own spinnerbaits. I did a search and found this website and all links to the various suppliers. After some comparision shopping I ordered a fluid bed for powder coating and some other items from TJ's. It arrived at my house in 3 days! After quickly figuring out that the fluid bed is the only way to go, I placed another order with TJ's for some other paint colors. After I submitted my order I realized I forgot to order some more fluid bed cups. So, I basically goofed up by forgetting to put all my items on one order. Today, I got a service message from PayPal stating that TJ's combined the two orders into one and has refunded the difference in the shipping charges. To me, thats great customer service.
