fishcrazy
Would like to make spinnerbait skirts like the EZ or hole in one Anybody know where to buy the components and jigs to do this? If not available the other altenative would be wrapping the strips around a silicone collar but I am not sure how this is done. Dont like the collar on the outside doesnt keep the strands in place when using colors for bait patterns. Any help would be appreciated. ROWINGADUBAY
A drop of super glue keeps them in place or you could look at barlows for their skirt umbrellas but I dont think you can buy what your looking for yet but some have said the are coming soon. "#1"skirts-lures
We are the inventor and manufacturer of the Easy Hub Skirt (branded in the USA as the Perfect Skirt and EZ Skirt), as well as the Easy Band skirt, CapWrap skirt, Holo-Sil skirting material, and Swirl/Living Image skirting material (which has recently been knocked off by our competition). Over the years I have had many request for a do-it-yourself Easy Hub skirt assembly kit. As a result, we will be introducing this kit within the next few months. The kit will include male & female silicone hubs, pre-cut 5 strand tabs in a variety of colors & prints, an assembly plate, and clamping jigs for compression vulcanizing the skirt hub. They are actually very easy to make, just labor intensive. Contact Charles at Skirts Unlimited for more information on this new product as well as our new easier than ever bench mounted skirt assembly tool, our new silicone tube skirt, and our new natural rubber skirt tabs that can be assembled the same way as a silicone tab. Our goal is to make lure skirting EASY for you.
mark poulson
I just bought the Skirts Unlimited skirt making jig. What a dream! I can't believe how easy it is to use. And to think I've been struggling all these years with the wire-thru-the-metal-tube method.
