My wheel has blind nuts (get them from hobby store that sells RC Airplanes) http://www.hobby-lobby.com/bulktwo.htm#Nuts The blind nut are 90 degrees to the holes drilled to accept the exacto blade handles. I insert the blade handle tightend a set screw with an allen wrench and it is secure for turning and drying. Hope this explains it clearly. Take care!
