Jeep Posted June 9, 2009 Report Share Posted June 9, 2009 Hi all, Just noticed that on two of my lures the decal is 'smearing' out. As if it has gotten really wet. But i am surprised, because i did use a decal sealer before topcoat and there are three layers of 2k topcoat over it. Any suggestions?
