bhorlings
I have a bait that a customer wants and it's a bait I can get from one of the guys here but I'm not currently selling it. It's a bait that I used to carry but didn't get any sales on (except for this customer). What has everyone else done about purchasing a new mold that a customer wants that you don't currently stock. Did they pay for some/all of the cost of the new mold, do you eat the cost, etc.? Just looking for advice on what others have done.
pastorshane
Brian, usually if the sales merit the cost of the mold I will do it. If not I will decline or send them to another guy to get the bait. Just what I do.

Long Lake Lures
Brian, I usually make the cost up in the price of the baits to the customer. Dave
