Gloomisman
Have any of you guys done this? I'm wanting too build a bigger one. Something where I can dip about 6-12 heads at a time. Maybe even heat them on a rig of some sort. Pull the whole thing out and dip the heads and go to the next rack and do it again.

VANNDALIZER
GLman, Try looking at the micro mesh at mcmaster-carr. they have several different options. The bigger fluid bed that CSI sells looks like it is made out f pvc lumber and you could probably make one for a fration of what they charge. Good luck. MAV Thats what I'd like to do is make one cheaper and alot less capacity. I cant afford 5lbs of paint in 5-10 colors. LOL. I found their mesh on their site. I would think the one for flour would be perfect. Do you know which mesh would be the best. I was thinking the polyethelyne but not sure.
