I am getting used to the airbrush and am starting to do some "factory paint jobs" that are at least equal to something you would buy over the counter. But when I to kick it up a notch and paint smaller scale patterns I am not happy with the netting I have found. I ordered my first mesh from Netcraft and didn't like it at all. Tried the fabric store and it was either too large or too small (hole size). I tried football jersey, dip net, ball cap, everything I have read and I still can't find the perfect medium to small sized scale mask. mark poulson Posted September 2, 2009 Report Share Posted September 2, 2009 (edited) The best fine netting I've found is the flexible plastic netting that holds garlic at the market. You can also overlap two layers of your regular scale fabric, offsetting the two patterns, and achieve an interesting, smaller pattern.
