mikefishnfl
Do any of you find that black sticks require more softener than normal? We typically use the same recipee for all of our sticks, however our blacks and black and blue are typically much stiffer than any other color. Just curious! nova
Yes, to some degree. I also noticed that black colorant has a slightly different smell. www.novalures.com
mradamh
Very interesting...it's been quite some time since I've poured black worms, but I've never noticed this. The gears are churning, now I need to go check this out. Adam

mikefishnfl
It takes quite a bit of colorant. We simply added additional softener. We were able to get them identical to lighter color worms by doing this.
