Recipe only web site - need suggestions

I mentioned in a thread not too long ago that I was working on a soft plastic recipe web site to help us all out. It's almost ready but first I wanted to share the current features and give everyone a chance to offer suggestions to make it better.

Here are the current features...

Personal recipe box so you can save the recipes you like or want to try

Ability to rate recipes and browse the top rated

Recipes can contain pictures

Searches work on words in the name, ingredients, or optional instructions

Recipe categories include Big Baits, Swim Baits, Flukes, Lizards, Trailers, Craws, Frogs, Worms, Creatures, Grubs, Tubes, General, Jerk Baits, Other

RSS feeds

Ability to publish and read articles

Any more categories needed or should that cover pretty much everything?

I'm not trying to compete with TU or anything. I'm sure you understand the need for a way to more easily find recipes. Searching a forum returns way to many invalid results or returns the Recipes thread which you have to page through to find the result you want. I would like permission to add a banner link back to this awesome site.

Greg thats cool and all and its a good idea,

however I wish it was just doen here and its very easy to do.

just make a catagory called soft plastic cook book or something like that

every post title is names the color. allow replies allow pictures.

this way you dont have one huge long thread were the pictures get to be a pain for modem users

kinda like we have here in the soft bait secion,

the search would be easy rss feeds are possible and you can just scroll down the list of topics.

for example

someone makes a topic in that section called

Lt. Plum/sour grape Pepper <<< Title

>>>>This would be in the post ie content<<<<

4oz of plastic

14 drops of flo pink

8 drops of blk grape

1/8 tea spoon of pearl

1/4 tea spoon of black .015 fleck

then if anyone had any questions on that one particular color they could ask in replies, people could show pictures of the color they got with that recipe and share ways to make it better or worse etc etc show each other the problems they are having ect etc.

that way like the cook book you dont have 100 pages of searching through and people asking questions.

if someone needed a color they could in a post in that section as well and someone could paste a color or give the recomendation.

any titles that dont specif the color being looked for ot the color in the post gets deleted no ifs ans or butts about it.

I think it would work really good.

I failed to mention that you can make comments on a recipe that could be used to ask questions.
