HAWGHUNNA Posted October 26, 2009 Report Share Posted October 26, 2009 I'm having a lil' problem with the first color that I load wanting to cool and clog tip before I get the second color loaded,assemble 2 color tip,insert into mold and shoot. smallie chaser Posted October 26, 2009 Report Share Posted October 26, 2009 I warm my molds and injecters on a hotplate before i load plastic into the injecters.This keeps plastic from cooling on the tips and helps with dents or partially filled molds.Hope this helps. Zbass Posted October 26, 2009 Report Share Posted October 26, 2009 I second what smallie chaser said. Warming the tip, adaptors and the injectors will help. What some others do is to leave the first injector in the pan/pot with the hot plastic while loading the other injector. This will keep the injector hot. Hope that helps.
