silverdoctor
I started using a doweling jig for installing/aligning bills in flat baits. The jig is called a "Dowl-It" and is self centering. Seems to work well. While I am currently using it for large bills aligned to the body, it should also work with bills at any angle. Wow, I thought the "master" could eye ball it, ignorance was bliss. Note: Hazmail has a great jig for aligning any body type.
DanCampbell
Are you talking about Hazmail's "Spider" Note to Hazmail - Please let me know if you ever make one of those for sale, I am not talented enough to put it together. silverdoctor
Dan: I found his jig by doing a search on "installing bills." (memory) I don't recall it being referred to as a spider. Its made of aluminum and had a really clever alignment feature. ken

.dsaavedra.
the spider Dean is referring to is a little contraption used to find the center of blanks, not install bills
