Tony fibetts for the fins. best thing i've found for that application. very little resistance to hinder the action and tough. not cheap though. Have you tried nylon paint brush bristles? i use paint brush bristles on some of the larger baits. i found that they offer more resistance in the water on small baits. also, color is a problem for doing some of the fins. i use Purdy brushes as the color is more suitable.
