D.J.
Is anyone on here pouring either the 5" Bob's open pour swimbait or the similar one from K-molds? If so I would love to get a sample bait to see first hand what they look like. Thanks. Edited November 21, 2009 by D.J.

It pours very easy and fills completely. Send me a pm with your address and I'll send you one.
mwh624
I am new to this and was wondering what plastic you are using and what material is added for color? Also where do you buy these materials? Thanks!

Most use a "medium" plastic for swimbaits Here's a link to suppliers that are members of this site http://www.tackleund...ksdb?category=

Not to throw this thread off topic: Right now just about everything I use came from lurecraft.com (some molds, my plastic, softener, and colorants) and basstackle.com (some molds). Oh I also bought some salt from del-mart.com Lure craft has a DVD they sell for $15 that explains quite a bit for the newbie. You can find all that info here as well, but sometimes it's nice to have a video from a company that explains how to use their products directly.
