RayburnGuy Posted November 30, 2009 Report Share Posted November 30, 2009 I like the airbrush I ordered from NBI Marketing, but their service sucks. BIG TIME!! There was a mixup on my order and it took me over a week to get a reply from Clint. He assured me he would send out the correct needle/nozzle set immediately. That was over a month ago. I have sent numerous emails and left multiple messages on his answering machine and have not heard one peep from him. miragestalker Posted November 30, 2009 Report Share Posted November 30, 2009 Thats why I've been looking to buy Master Air Brush parts from TCP for my PS900. I ordered paint from TCP Global and called their office, they actually have a Customer Service Department with a full time guy. Quite helpful too. They ship fast, with tracking. Their Master airbrushes are dead look alikes for Air Pro Tools, including the various models. I may risk an needle order soon, just to get the better service. As an aside, I can't believe I just spent another 70 bucks on a needle, a respirator, a cleaning pot and a bunch of other stuff. and 50 bucks on paint last week.
