If you are tryin to eyeball equal amounts out of part a and part b bottles, Try This: 1. get you a box of disposable little plastic drinking cups. 2. put one on your scale 3. Tare the scale to zero 4. add one part 5. add the next part of equal weight. And the most important part.... Mix throughly.... dont worry about bubbles. See next post. You will never have a soft finish. Be sure and check the shelf life on your epoxy. That would be the only other factor in why you would end up with an uncured finish.
