pirillcc
I was desperate the other night for some red flake so I purchase some from my local craft store. Unfortunately when I mixed the flake in the hot plastic it melted. I assume there a specific type of flake that need to use with softbaits. Any help would be appreciated. alsworms
You want to make sure the glitter is labeled as "polyester coated" to withstand high heat. As Dave said, most craft stores carry glitter that is not polyester coated. However, I ran across some glitter the other day at Walmart (of all places!) that was coated with polyester. There were only 3 colors available; blue, red, and black, but I'm sure those would work in a pinch.
