Jim Jim there was a place in Indiana. he was the one that was making them and everyone and there brother was selling them on ebay for next to nothing. I might have his number I will look around. I remember those posts believe it or not I am thinking it was like 3-5 years ago. there was like 4 companies doing it but the indiana guy stuck in my head for some reason. I think they were really close to lure craft were ever they were located. you might want to try the old lure craft owners or maybe even Kim may have an idea. I am also thinking there was a place around the western NY area or in one of those states. Also Canyon plastics used to shoot them as well, They still might.
