Mac10 Posted February 12, 2004 Report Share Posted February 12, 2004 Cut the buzzbait wire at the nose of the leadhead body and use needle nosed pliers to bend an open eye.....now hook two split rings together and hang one in the open eye. Now pinch down and close the eye..... From the bottom split ring, hang a wide nosed lipless crankbait such as a Frenzy........the rattling shad type bait will be chasing the buzzblade.... Lure--Prof Posted February 26, 2004 Report Share Posted February 26, 2004 You can also scale the whole rig down to a smaller size blade and an 1/8 rattle bait, or rig it with the 1/8 oz rattle bait and bigger blade, or go bigger all the way, as well as...in other words, the possible combinations are endless, but on the right day it is a deadly lure.
