Just curious...

How different would the action be between a 7" finesse worm made from a 1pc mold and a 7" finesse made from a 2pc mold (poured or, what is it, injected?)

Does the flat side really make a difference?

it makes no difference just a little fatter bait. you can get them in injected or hand pour.

there easy to make both ways.

Actually there is a big difference, at least to me. The flat sided baits will not roll over near as much as the round sided baits. Usually for carolina rigging and split shotting I use a flat sided bait. I apologize your question was in reference to a 7" finesse worm and daveh is right there would not be much difference in that bait.
