CMARTIN269
I use a Craftsman 3 gallon (oil )compressor it has a filter between the hose and the compressor.Do you think that oil could be getting into the air line and causing my ETex problems. RayburnGuy
If your not using the right type of filter it very well could be. I picked up a couple of inline desiccant dryer/filters at Harbor Freight that are supposed to capture oil and moisture. They're less than $10 apiece. The link is below. If the link doesn't work just go to Harbor Freight and type in "desiccant filter" into their search box. http://www.harborfre...essicant+filter Edited April 30, 2010 by RayburnGuy

If oil vapor from the compressor is what is causing your problems with Etex then you will have oil in your air hose as well. It will need to be cleaned to remove any oil that is left or it will just keep causing you problems. Good luck and hope this solves your problem.
