BBK
Anybody pour this mold (the 1pc one)? How do they look in the water?
GB GONE
I pour the stew out of these frogs. They fish great and you can cast them a county mile!!! Perfect bubble trail!! My fishing partner is over for the DOD tourney on Lake Eufaula in AL and is tearing them up on these frogs!!!! Jim

daveh
Just what I wanted to hear Jim! Just placed my order! that was the first frog mold i bought. i have never fished it went to the 2 peice buzz frog. when i tested it it swam great. seemed to flip over so i just rigged it so the boby side is down. i need to pour some and fish them. maybe the smaller profile will help on hook ups. GB GONE
Just be sure to overpour the "flat" side so you can skin hook the hook point.. I sell the 2 piece because you have to catch fishermen tp catch fish but like the 1 piece because the hook up ratio is so much higher. Did you fish it weightless or with a weighted swimbait/frog hook? I always fish mine with a weight forward 1/4oz swimbait hook, seems to keep the frog from rolling and I get more action. I have fished it with the "Frog Hook" (generly the best way) molded in weighted weedless plain and with a Buzz Bait Blade ... works all ways and for different places. but all ways runs best with Flat Sid UP. BBK
I got my mold today, didn't realize how small the bait is! I don't know what I'm going to use this little frog for. Swam good in my test pond, but a little small for my liking. I'll probably sell the mold.
