bassnattractin
try heating it up and then pouring it all out
siebler_custom_baits
That way you will still have a thin layer left. If this is gene, you have no clue what you are talking about because you dont pour. if it is anybody else maybe this methode works for you but not for me

dtrs5kprs
Absolute easiest way is to pour with several pots. Just unplug the one you want to clean and move on. Later it will mostly peel out. Normally you have to scrape or use a wire brush to remove flake from the bottom, esp around and behind the pour spout. Once removed it is not a bad idea to hit it with a wire brush on a drill. While cooling the pot be sure to leave quite abit of plastic in it. If you pour off the hot plastic you will leave a thin layer in the pot. This thin layer is more likely to scorch from the residual heat. Best way to get plastic off of carpet: scissors
siebler_custom_baits
Oh useing those pots ( which i dont believe nerdy has), pour out plastic into a pyrex, scrap the bottom of pot with a flat blade then use a stick and a papertowel to get the rest of the plastic out. Teamdiarrhea
If you are using real soft plastic and can't pull the leftover "film" out sprinkle a coupole tablespoons of salt into the pot and use your hand to rub it around - it acts as an abrasive and will even remove the leftover flake. azbass
I have a bunch of salt from L-C that is too coarse for use in lures so I use it to clean my pots. It leaves the pots w/ a mirror finish and is really quick and easy.
