There are very many un-happy people. I'm aware of his service and communication issues. However he makes some unique products that I'm not aware are available from anyone else, and the quality of his molds is first rate. I'm willing to wait (sometimes) months for delivery, because I understand that's just the way it is with him. Still wonder what happened, bad PR never seemed to bother him in the past, and I really doubt that it was an issue in him closing his web site. But let's face it if you can't deliver for months and then years and you collect the money and don't respond to numerous phone calls and emails well I guess it catches up to you. You can't run a business that way either hire more people or you will have some real big issues. I wouldn't wait 6 moths or a year for anything unless it was a lottery payment.
