piddler Posted February 23, 2004 Report Share Posted February 23, 2004 would someone please tell me where to find results of study showing hot air coming off of clean lead causes cancer. i'm not talking about a lead smelting operation or remelting dirty lead, just clean lead. i know a guy that has stood over a 200 lead pot pouring baits for over 30 years and he's still going strong. if lead is heavier than air, how can it be dispersed upward anyway? i understand the slag dust is a problem but i'm only talking about the heat that comes off clean molten lead. i just read a report that says the lead ban will cause more environmental harm than lead does now.
