Jonah
Has anyone used Del's aluminum tube mold? How easy it is to pour? Any problems with the plastic NOT flowing to the bottom of the cavity?
empire247
most of the tube molds i have used do not work very well with hand pouring, even with pre heating the mold and pouring very hot it is hard to get all the cavities to fill. your best bet would be buying the tube mold of your choice and then using a hand injector to fill each cavity rather than hand pouring or with a del mold just tell him you want a tube mold in hand injection and he will make it for you for same price. ( he will make any of his 2 piece molds a hand injection mold if you ask when ordering) brett

smallmouthaholic
I had very poor results from a hand pour tube mold years ago. Injected tubes are the way to go unless your running a big dia tube , Tapered tubes pour with ease. Delw
TBaits
If you want a really good tube mold, then I just listed one in the for sale ads. I hate to get rid of it, but I need the money. It is only 2 weeks old and when I have the money I will be buying another one just like it. NO CUTTING TAILS! Shoot and you have a finished bait!
