Sniper Posted July 8, 2010 Report Share Posted July 8, 2010 I did some research on this awhile back and here's what I came up with. Barlow's and Jann's sell a similar "umbrella" skirt. One is the "Hole-In-One" skirt sold by Skirts Plus. The other is a similar skirt made by GLC and sold by Z-man. You cannot buy just the hub, however you can custom order just about any color skirt and strand count through Skirts Plus. GLC also makes a similar looking skirt with a silicone hub called an "Easy Band Skirt." I assume you could probably order these through Z-man as well. Hope this helps some.
