MuskyGary
After you make your skirt with the small rubber bands; how do you get it on the skirt umbrellas? It's hard to reopen it and get the plastic strands redistributed around the umbrella without breaking it. Any ideas? I get the umbrellas from Barlows. smalljaw
Barlows sells a tool that you can also make yourself. it is basically a 5" piece of aluminum arrow shaft and you put a field tip into the end and then put the skirt on the shaft and remove the field tip and then insert the umrella into the shaft and slide the skirt onto the umbrella, very easy. I saw a guy roll a rubber band onto his parker pen, insert the skirt inside the pen and roll the rubber band back over onto the skirt
