To use cork and have it stay in the plastic you would have to anchor it in some way...maybe you could do that in a 2pc swimbait mold but if you plan on grinding it up like salt, I don't think it will work. Another option is to buy size 0 corks (3/8 x 1/2 x 9/32), glue 4 end to end, stick needles in ends, rotate with a Dremel and sand to 1/4" and cut to 1 3/4" long. Another option if you can use 1/4" by 1 1/2" cork cylinders, is to PM me. I have just a few left. I use them on my Miller Moth pattern. Good luck and keep us posted.
