How To Prep Your Plastic?

Hey guys I am wondering how to prep my plastic before use... I have Chemionics Soft and I am not sure if I should shake it or stir it...I will also be using Pyrex cups and a Microwave...Can any1 help????

Also should I add the scent,glitter,and coloring before I heat up the plastic or after?????

I have not used that brand of plastic,, but with Lure Craft you can shake or stir.Does not leave any bubbles even if you shake it up a lot..I add color to cold plastic,,then add Glitter & scent to plastic that is hot & at the temp you need to pour,

meaning add at the very end, just before pouring.

Contact distributor directly on the plastisol as some brands need to be mixed gently, stirred a certain way or whatever.

I have used Chemionics before so ask directly to get it from the horse's mouth on the prep for any plastisol.

On the scent and glitter, add that after you have heated the plastic. On the colorant, go with the distributor instructions. There are some colors that absolutely need to be added to the plastic prior to heating. Most others can go either way.
