Da big tuna
I'm injecting small plastic flick tail grubs and i'm getting air pockets in my grubs. What would be the cause of that? Driving me nuts and it ain't a very far drive!
fred27
A little information is needed to try and determine your problems.
Vodkaman
Post a pic of the mold and the grub. Is it a new mold? Dave
Da big tuna
I'll see if I can post a pick. I think its not have my plastic hot enough and it gums in the injector and doesn't fill correct. Just a guess. The mold is the size of a wax worm with a tail. M-f plastic from bear and a jacobs bait mold and injector.

Fish Candy Bait Company
Are you preheating the injector close to the plastic temp? Some use a hot plate, I stick them in my toaster oven with the knob outside the door. Get the plastic temp up to 350 I think for M-F. M-F doesnt come from Bear when you are injecting those very small baits you have to go slow, make sure your plastic is in the 330 range and inject slow. if your plastic is too hot you will get bubbles and if you inject too fast you will get bubbles also.
