CatchemCaro
I was wondering if I'm going to get the rinkles if I put some Createx Auto Air paint over some Dupli Lacquer. The Lacquer is totally finished drying, but before I go ahead and do it I just thought I would post this. I hate to have to re-sand if I don't need to. Thanks Rich
BobP
I don't think there will be any problem - depending on what topcoat you use on the bait. Can't speak to how lacquer would react if you hit it with a solvent based topcoat like Dick Nite, but epoxy would almost certainly not be a problem. airbrushextreme
I was thinking the same thing I normally dont use laquer paints but in the past I have used autoair over it without any problems
CatchemCaro
Thanks guys, I'm using E-tex as my clear coat. I have been using E-tex for all by baits and it's working great so fare. This will be my very first time with the air brush and the Auto Air paints. I assume I can use E-tex over Auto Air paint? Rich
RayburnGuy
E-Tex is an epoxy and will give you no problems over Auto-Air.
