I joined up today and I would like to say this looks like a very informative and helpful site. I have been carving my own hardbody lures out of timber for only a few months and I really enjoy it. I have managed to catch a few Bass on them so I must be doing something right. My paint work leaves a bit to be desired so hopefully I can pick up a few pointers from you guys and girls.I look forward to searching through the wealth of information that is on this site. Pilly Posted November 1, 2010 Author Report Share Posted November 1, 2010 Hi Dave, I tried to make the lure look like a small frog, I put the hooks on the side to resemble legs.
