Smellycat
I was wondering why dress a treble hook (even though i love too and still will) when you could get one of those skirt making kits and put a skirt on it. Has anyone tried it with sucess and if I would need to trim the skirt. If it works for a spinner bait why wouldnt it work for an in-line spinner. Thank you! It works but...... make sure it is in a "streamer style" or you will get more twists than U mite like. JSC
toadfrog
It has a lot to do with keeping an old art alive. In todays society of get it now throw it away. Everyone seems to be looking for the new thing. I fish hand tied lures of every kind and most of them have been made that same way for many many years. They caught fish for my ancestors and they catch fish for me. New things are cool for us to see but fish don't really give a flip. Keep on tying hand it down to the next generation.
