Madeye
Just wondering how long you should expect to have an order shippied after it is processed. I have ordered some molds on the 2nd of november had the order confirmed on the 11th and have still not heard back to say that the order has been shipped. Have to say im a little disapointed with lack of service. Have sent emails asking if items have been shipped but have no response. What is a resonable amount of time from order date to shipping date
gone2long
you ask a loaded question the best advice is try a search on customer service and see if you can gleen any info on who you ordered from, also most have forums see if you can get info there as well. I can tell you this not all are created equal thats for sure. A word of advice don't call them out on a public forum you will get nowhere and will only open up a can of worms. bryanmc
Bilky's right. There's really no answer to your question as asked. Was it a stock item or custom? If they didn't have one in stock, how much production was already scheduled before you placed your order? I'm like you, I want it as soon as possible. I generally ask if an item is in stock to be shipped before I place the order, and if not, how long will it be before one is ready. You could call the vendor (Skype is pretty reasonable anywhere in the world) and see what's up. Hopefully it's just a glitch and all will work out. nova
There is one very important item you guys are missing. I see you are in Austrailia and if this shipment is leaving one country and going to another there is the customs search in both countries. I have ordered product from the US to be shipped to me in Canada and waited as much as 4 weeks due to a customs hangup. www.novalures.com

The buyer should receive an email when the seller actually shipped, regardless of how long it stays in customs. He has not gotten a notice that his product was even shipped. Delw
Ya'll forgot one other senerio. EMAILS using HOTMAIL, AOL,MSN ect accounts some severs are blocked, due to named servers for the most part considered spam. so the replies may go into the trash heap depending on there settings. AOL is ruthless for blocking emails from named servers. on the same note some emails dont come through all the time on foriegn countries do to the server is considering them spam ( works boths ways) especially mail servers like hotmail, my mail and some others free email accounts. Madeye. if this is from us, I checked with april and she has no emails from your part of the country that have gone UNanswered, I have no idea who you are by your nick. if you ordered from us use this email addy as it dont block anything del-mart@cox.net or goto my forum and post it under personal customer support. Phone sucks for these guys out of country and they have to rely on emails or forums, then on top of that alot of foriegn emails are blocked by servers do to spam. Oh and I am the bad one for emails, as I spend most of the time in the shop and dont check them in my office but maybe every 3 days or so, thats why April gets all the emails cause she will answer them in a hour or so if she gets them.
