mikedatiger
Looking for some help creating a prototype mold for a saltwater bait that I am working on - trying to get an aluminum mold machined. I am familiar with companies like del, bear, basstackle, etc but wanted to see if any of you either did such work personally or if you could recommend other names. Not trying to break the bank on my first prototype mold so any help would be greatly appreciated. BTW I have been a lurker for the last several days. Really glad I found this site a it's nice to know there are other "lure junkies" out there like myself. Thanks

He does great work at a reasonable price (tell him chuck sent you). If you already have a hard prototype I would be happy to help you with an RTV mold. leptir
I'm member for couple mounts, and really like this forum. I made week ago my first Senko type mold. I would like to improve my mold with water cooling, in order to speed up process, and make possible to add silica to baits. I have experience with MasterCam 3D programming and have 1 year old Haas VF2 CNC machine, but my experience with plastics for bait's is still limited. I find so many good helpful information on this forum. If you think I can help you with prototype of your new mold, you can contact me. I would be more than happy to help you. fred27
Do you have a picture of your Senko type mold that you made?
leptir
I'll be able to post picture Saturday or Sunday. My friend get mold for pour test. Right now, I have only verify image from Mastercam with me, which will give you good idea how mold looks.
