GoneFroggin
I tried making a mold out of Bondo fiberglass resin after watching a youtube vid. I thought I did everything correct but after the mold dried I took it out of the pan and the senkos are completely covered in the resin. Did I do something wrong or do I need to sand the mold down until I can extract the worms?

Next time, it is very important to degrease the worms. Wash in warm water with detergent and dry thoroughly before attempting to stick down. Dave Thanks for the links and the answer. Sorry about asking a question that was already covered. I couldn't find anything relevant to my question when I tried using the search tool. Vodkaman
Thanks for the links and the answer. Sorry about asking a question that was already covered. I couldn't find anything relevant to my question when I tried using the search tool. Nothing wrong with the question and yes, it is a difficult one to isolate with a search. I did an advanced search, limiting the results to the soft plastics forum, for the search string "glue down". It is very important to include the double quotes, as this forces the words to be in the same post, although not necessarily together. Not perfect, but it helps cut down the numbers. mark poulson
I found that, for round worms like senkos, I needed a two piece mold.
